There are so many choices for me with this theme. But I’ve settled on a pair of photos, one of my first mother’s day and one of the most recent mother’s day. My “baby” is now a teenager and I find myself feeling nostalgic for those days of yore when she was small (and didn’t talk back! heh) and adorable. Oh, she’s still adorable. It’s just a different kind of adorable. I wouldn’t want to return to those beginning days but looking at this photo of us on my first mother’s day does make me nostalgic.
