The rains (“la gota fría”) have set in here… a definite sign of autumn. My favourite season! If only it weren’t followed by winter, sigh.
my favorite season too. and this is the first year since I’ve been in Minnesota that I’m not really looking forward to it…..our last two winters have both been brutal. hoping for a milder one this year!
Aw, yes, I remember your posts from last winter… urgh.
yes…..and I’m mentally already out of here which I’m sure is part of it.
You’re moving…?
yes, hopefully in five years to southern Spain. no, wait! it’s less than five now, whee!!! (I want to leave by early September….)
:) :) :)
Toby, we need a Beach Boys song to fade out. Thanks, BTG
ha ha :) yes indeed.
Spring and fall are my favorite seasons, with fall topping the list. Our trees have barely begun to change but the cooler nights have arrived. I love what ladyofthecakes said, “…If only it weren’t followed by winter.” :-D :-D :-D
fall/autumn is my favorite…..but I’m not as excited about it this year as I used to be. will try to focus on the beauty of it all, however short it usually is.
The cool temperatures and the smell of autumn have me captivated. Not enough color yet.
Beautiful pond captures, Tobyo!
thanks!
So pretty!
thanks!
